We are Tiny Potion Tree 🌳, a videogame company based in the middle of the beautiful lands of Andorra 🏔️.
We are currently looking for a Lead Artist to join us and work on our main project Wandersky, which has been under development since 2023.
If you join us, you’ll become part of our amazing team, formed by 11 professionals (and of course video game enthusiasts) from France, Spain, Canada and Andorra.

Your responsibilities
As a Lead Artist, you will help maintain and implement the artistic direction of Wandersky during production. The project already has an established visual identity, but many parts of that vision are still in active development and implementation.
Besides maintaining the game’s visual consistency, the role also involves creating concepts and visual proposals for environments, characters, props, gameplay elements, and other artistic needs during production.
You will work closely with the whole team, but specially with our art team, formed by 3 marvelous professionals, two 3d modelers and an animator.
🎨 Art Direction & Team Coordination
- Creating concepts and visual development material to support production needs and artistic direction.
- Maintaining visual consistency across the project.
- Reviewing assets and providing clear artistic feedback and guidance
- Helping define artistic priorities and quality expectations.
- Working closely with design, programming, and production teams.
🖥️ Production & Unreal Engine Workflow
- Working directly inside Unreal Engine as part of the art pipeline and review process (for example, testing assets, reviewing textures, setting lighting, reviewing VFX and gameplay feedback, etc.).
- Helping identify and solve artistic, creative, and production challenges during development.
- Collaborating closely with our Tech Artist to review, iterate, and polish the game’s VFX and gameplay feedback implementation inside Unreal Engine.
- Finding practical visual solutions to problems derived from technical limitations, production constraints, or pipeline requirements.
- Supporting visual iteration, implementation, and polish.
How is going to be a day working with us?
- We strongly believe in schedule flexibility 🕓 , so you can come to the office/connect whenever you want, as long as you can participate in our daily meetings, at 10h30.
- Depending on your profile and responsibilities, occasional on-site collaboration may be needed 🏠, especially during key production moments or team reviews. We manage the trip and the stay, don’t worry!
- Your day-to-day work will combine concept art creation, artistic direction, team feedback and guidance, as well as close collaboration with our Tech Artist to review, implement, and polish the game’s VFX and gameplay feedback inside Unreal Engine.
- You won’t be alone, don’t worry! You’ll always have the support of our producer, and you can rely on the entire team to help you along the way! 🤝
- You will have a lot of independency in your work, and that’s what we expect too. So, if you like to work independently and be creative, you’ll feel like home
What is our dream profile?
For joining us in this exciting adventure, you will need:
✅ 3+ years of experience in the videogame industry or equivalent professional experience in game art production.
✅ Experience working with Unreal Engine workflows and pipelines.
✅ Experience coordinating or leading artistic production.
✅ Strong understanding of stylized art production and visual consistency.
✅ Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
✅ Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Bonus:
⭐ Experience as a 2D illustrator or creating promotional art.
⭐ Experience defining animation direction or animation feedback/definition.
Important:
📢 As our company is based in Andorra, there are currently two possible ways of working with us:
- 🏔️ Relocation to Andorra
- In this case, we would offer you a regular full-time employment contract under Andorran regulations.
- 🌍 Remote work
- For remote positions, you would need to work as a freelancer/contractor in your country of residence, as we are currently unable to provide standard employment contracts outside Andorra.
- This does not mean we are looking for short-term freelance collaboration. We are looking for a stable, long-term relationship, but this is currently the only legal framework available for us to work remotely with international profiles.
